I gave myself three descriptions－proactive, brave when facing challenges, and well-behaved under pressure. Responsible and tough are the adjectives that people frequently use to describe me. During studying in the UK, I have worked part-time jobs as Mandarin interpreter and waitress. As a Mandarin interpreter, I saw many children fight for their lives and so I learned bravery and persistence from them and their family. As a waitress, I knew the importance of properly listening to customers’ needs and providing high-quality services. During my time in university, I have worked part-time jobs as marketing assistant of school new platform, Chinese flute teacher, and funeral and wedding musicians. The workplaces of these jobs are completely different; these jobs make me know how to put myself in other’s place and how to behave well in different situations. Henceforth, besides of teaching, I can share my multiple experience with you, hope we can learn from each other.
